Bernal Yoga is centrally located in the heart of Bernal Heights on Cortland Ave. Students will find the studio to be a warm and nurturing environment that not only welcomes the first time student but offers a variety of classes and instructors for the more experienced practitioner. Bernal Yoga is a studio for all ages and abilities. Bernal Yoga’s instructors offer not only their teaching and practice experience but also their passion for Yoga.

Besides yoga, pilates, mindfulness and other healing arts practices the studio hosts the quarterly “Bernal Yoga Literary Series”, the monthly “Bernal Yoga Music Salon” and various art exhibitions. Founded in 2002 by Savonn Wyland, Bernal Yoga is the flagship studio of Align Integrative Wellness, LLC.   Based in Portland, Oregon, Align Integrative Wellness, LLC is a family owned business specializing in community based yoga and wellness studios.

Align is a belief in helping people find balance, inspiration and increased awareness in their life by having local centers that offer experienced, first class instruction in traditional yoga and other mindful based fitness classes.
