Founded in 2002 by Savonn Wyland, Bernal Yoga is the flagship studio of Align Integrative Wellness, LLC.   Based in Portland, Oregon, Align Integrative Wellness, LLC is a family owned business specializing in community based yoga and wellness studios.

Align is a belief in helping people find balance, inspiration and increased awareness in their life by having local centers that offer experienced, first class instruction in traditional yoga and other mindful based fitness classes.
