Carlin received her teacher certification through the Yoga Hanalei School in 2007. Through world travel, in depth spiritual study of Tibetan Buddhism and Advaita Vedanta philosophical systems, Carlin shares her deep devotion and faith to the process and path that is Yoga. Carlin’s classes focus on conscious awareness in the moment, calming the mind and the body with breath, while focusing on alignment and traditional strength building sequencing. Carlin teaches with an emphasis on adjustments and refinement; she encourages each student to develop their own personal yogic prescription through self-discovery and loving curiosity in each posture. Classes are intense and full of life.
