Yoga Basics with Back Care

Yoga Basics with Back Care focuses on alignment in standing, sitting and lying down postures, as well as developing core stability, freeing the breath, and increasing mobility, strength and balance. Posture and movement strongly influence the health of the spine and yoga can help to mindfully address back concerns, conditions and problems. Emphasis will be placed both on preventative care and curative relief. Students will be well supported in addressing causes of back pain and changing habits to live more comfortably.
