Write your own food-yoga story. Unlock your body’s hidden narrative. Come prepared to have a mindful sensory experience through writing, tasting, reflecting,  practicing yoga, and conversation!  By the end of this workshop, you will leave with enough written material to begin a writing project.

In this three hour workshop, learn how to tell your story through an integrated mind-body experience.

  • Do you want to have a mindful sensory experience that can help you write personal essays, a memoir, blog posts or flowing tweets.  Do you love food, yoga or both?
  • Do you have a story to tell but haven’t figured out how to share it?
  • Have you dreamed of writing about your journey, whether it is a healing one or just pure adventure.
  • Let it come out by listening to your body. We will breathe, taste, pose and write together.
