Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2011 and practicing since 2003. She was initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits, but quickly recognized a much deeper impact. Her expansion in self awareness shifted the way she experienced her life and guided her on an ongoing journey of internal growth and healing. She became inspired to hold space for others to do the same.
Sarah has a calming presence and creates a safe and nurturing environment in her classes. She teaches Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative styles of yoga. Sheâ€™s completed three teacher training programs and is also a Reiki Master. In addition, she has a Bachelorâ€™s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and several years of experience in Corporate Recruiting and Human Resources.
