CORE: 4 Week Series

Start your week right with healthy conditioning for the body, brain and spirit. This weekly, concise, power-packed hour will build progressively over each 4 week series, and include asana, breath exploration, and mindfulness for a strong, steady, courageous interior life, as well as a vital, healthy outer life.

Blending core conditioning for the muscles and bones, with wisdom for the ages, we will collectively dive into yoga to deepen our practice, wherever we are. Includes hand outs with quick and effective home sequences, nutrition tips to keep you cool and balanced all summer, and inspirational reminders to keep you flowing.
