Exercise Therapy for Spinal Health is twice weekly course. All of the exercises and movements are floor based using common yoga props such as straps, blocks and bolsters.

The series is open to anyone. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Attendance twice weekly for each series is highly recommended. That coupled with easy to follow homework will greatly increase your chance of being and staying free from pain.
