Join Traci Joy in an afternoon of rejuvenating asana, stimulating breathwork, and brightening meditation -a practice of lightening up and clearing out for spring. The transition from winter to spring is one of the most dramatic according to Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science of medicine. Adjusting our lifestyle habits, especially exercise and diet, as a way of letting go of winter’s excess helps us avoid getting sick, incurring allergies, gaining unhealthy weight, and having sluggish, stagnating energy. Using yoga and Ayurveda to cleanse the body, mind, and heart has a long standing, potent, highly effective history that is as relevant today as in it’s inception. Tea and a cleansing treat served. All levels welcome. Option to do a week long guided cleanse following included. Pre-registration encouraged, space is limited.
