In this workshop we will explore simple yet profound yoga postures, practices, and philosophies that have been used to promote happiness. In our modern western world we sometimes feel pressured to seek happiness and security through material objects and status. This workshop is about simplifying and finding the priceless wealth and joy within.

Yoga has been proven to increase mental and physical energy and lust for life. Those who integrate a yogic philosophy into their day-to-day routines are more satisfied, peaceful, and well rested.

This workshop is for those wishing to reboot and for those who are ready to try something new. We will combine yoga postures, breathing exercises, and the contemplation of yoga philosophy.
